A big thanks to everyone who came along to clean the loco on Saturday 9th March, in advance of the GCR 125th Anniversary weekend on 16th/17th March. Having gone uncleaned for the best part of 4 years, she now looks a whole lot more presentable! With a few noble exceptions, it was all new faces – very encouraging to see! Let us hope that it signals the dawn of a new era for the loco, with a new generation of enthusiastic followers keen to get involved.
