This working party will focus on cleaning the locomotive ready for its appearance at the GCR 125th Anniversary Weekend on 16th / 17th March.
Other working parties are scheduled to take place on the following dates:
Saturday 11th May 2024 (tender strip-down)
Saturday 13th July 2024 (tender strip-down)
Saturday 14th September 2024 (work to be confirmed)
Saturday 9th November 2024 (work to be confirmed)
Anybody is welcome to come along for the working parties providing they are relatively fit and able since this will obviously involve manual tasks. Otherwise, no prior experience is necessary!
