Leading wheelset positioned on the ex-Hull Dairycoates wheel drop table – Grosmont is one of very few places in the country able to offer such a facility

Under the watchful eye of TBLT Engineering Manager Steve Andrews (right – blue overalls), the leading wheelset is carefully positioned under the loco ready for lifting. Great care must be taken to ensure a close fit between the axleboxes and horn guides
